The Founder/CEO of All Bosses No Workers Entertainment is Brian Andrews most known as Wooda. Wooda is a West Philadelphia native that has a passion for music and community involvement. Wooda fell victim to the streets which resulted in a nearly 10 year sentence. While serving his time, He worked on his education as well as learned the Music industry business. Straight out the penitentiary, Wooda was able to give back to his community through his ABNW Wooda Ice (water ice) Truck LLC and fashion label, XHY’VAE (Zah-VĀE), simultaneously while  working on the All Bosses No Workers Entertainment LLC.
